Marketing Authorisation

1. What this covers

This document explains how Dashboard Solutions may use your business's public-facing details — your business name, your logo, and a quote or case study you provide — in our marketing, and only if you opt in. It sits underneath our Terms of Service.

It has nothing to do with your business data, your customers' data, or anything inside your dashboard. That is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum, and no amount of marketing consent changes any of it.

2. It is opt-in, and opting out costs you nothing

We will not use your name, logo or words in our marketing unless you have actively told us we can. Not opting in has no effect on your account, your price, your support or the features you get. Your permission is recorded against your account with the date, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to.

Being a customer is not consent. Saying something nice in a support email is not consent. We will ask.

3. What we may use if you opt in

• Your business name and logo, to identify you as a Dashboard Solutions customer.
• A testimonial, quote or review you have given us about your experience.
• An outcome you have agreed we can reference — for example that you cut the time spent chasing quotes — in the form you approved.

Those may appear in case studies on our website, a "trusted by" logo wall, social posts, presentations, and email or advertising campaigns.

4. What we will not do

• Publish your revenue, margins, job values, customer counts or any other figure from your dashboard, in any form, including "anonymised" examples that could identify you.
• Attribute words to you that you did not write or approve.
• Name your customers, or use anything about them.
• Claim you endorse a product or feature you have not used.
• Use your logo in a way that suggests a partnership, reseller relationship or affiliation beyond you being a customer.

5. Approval and accuracy

For anything longer than a logo — a case study, a video, a quote with your name on it — we will send you the draft and wait for your written sign-off before it goes out. If we get a detail wrong, tell us and we will correct it promptly.

6. Withdrawing permission

You can withdraw at any time by emailing us; no reason needed. We will stop using the material in anything new immediately and remove it from our website and our own channels within 10 business days. Material already printed, already distributed, or held in third-party caches or other people's re-shares may take longer or be beyond our control, and we will tell you honestly if that is the case. Withdrawing has no effect on your account or pricing.

7. Your rights in your own brand

Your name and logo remain entirely yours. Opting in grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to use them for the purposes above, and nothing more. You confirm you have the right to grant it.
