Dashboard Solutions started as an internal tool. An Australian cleaning and restoration company was running everything through ServiceM8 and still couldn't answer basic questions: how many enquiries did we actually miss, which quotes are going cold, how much finished work hasn't been invoiced.
Every month began the same way: exporting job lists, pasting them into a spreadsheet, and spending a night rebuilding the same summary. The answers were useful. The process was unsustainable.
So we built the thing that produced the answers automatically — reading straight from ServiceM8, updating through the day, and opening on the conclusion rather than a pile of rows. After a year of running the business on it, it was obvious that every ServiceM8 operator has the same gap.
